The Recoil LED is specially designed to emit a powerful light beam that cuts through smoke, fog, and dust better than a conventional LED light. Here's how it works: the LED is pointed backward into the concave lamp housing. This way, the light that is projected outward travels in a more linear path instead of fanning out and dissipating. This means that less light is wasted, leaving you with more bright light to work with.

This virtually indestructible headlamp comes with two adjustable straps: a rubber strap for hard hats and a cloth strap for your bare head. A foam pad on the back of the body adds a nice cushion for your forehead. The lightweight lamp pivots 90 degrees to aim the concentrated LED where you need it. It is submersible for up to 500 feet underwater - wow! This unit uses 4 AA batteries and has a battery burn time of 33 hours.
